Anna de Codorniu Cava Terrace at the Double Tree Hilton

Pop across the Thames river to get away from the hustle and bustle of Canary Wharf, and after a short ferry ride you'll be transported to Spanish tranquility at the Anna De Codorniu's Pop Up which has residency over the Summer months until the end September at the Double Tree Hilton Docklands, a former warehouse which dates back to the 17th century and retains its authentic architecture.

The Kitty Hawk, Moorgate

Opened in late 2016, The Kitty Hawk flew into London and quickly established itself amongst City commuters as a popular after-work drinks venue and fine dining escape. The venue occupies 11, 13 and 14 South Place, London EC2 and is owned by Wright & Bell, a duo behind what they call 'The Department Store of Dining'. Peaked my interest? Definitely!

Something has to change...

It happened again last night. Another night of migraines, nausea, bad anxiety and feelings of panic. All at the same time. It's such a horrible feeling every time and all I can do is reach for my medical bag and take more painkillers or more prescribed tablets for stomach acid. 'Can I mix heart tablets for anxiety with painkillers and stomach acid?' I'm home alone and thought this has to stop - what if something happened to me?

Dinerama, Shoreditch

I used to live in Dalston, North East of London during my last year of Uni. Dalston was the next coolest area to live after Shoreditch became heavily gentrified. Round the back of the Holiday Inn, were these bright lights and crowds of people that grew later into the night. Yes, the FOMO always kicked on whilst I walked home to my grotty flat further down the road.
